Microsoft Teams Clearer team workspaces, channels, shared files, and working practices that support day-to-day collaboration.
Microsoft Lists Practical intake and tracking systems that clarify status, ownership, priorities, and next steps.
Power Automate Automated notifications, approvals, reminders, and recurring processes that reduce manual work and keep information moving.
Copilot Practical guidance and solutions using Copilot Chat, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio to help teams find information, work more efficiently, and build useful AI agents.

Our Process

After an Exploratory Call, ClearPath assesses the work, builds the right improvements, and shows your team how to maintain them.

Frequently asked questions

A few quick answers that help the offer feel clearer and easier to trust.

Do clients need to be advanced Microsoft 365 users already? 01
No. ClearPath is designed for teams that already have Microsoft 365 but are underusing it, using it inconsistently, or struggling with clutter, manual work, scattered files, disconnected Teams spaces, or unclear task ownership.
What happens after the Exploratory Call? 02
When ClearPath and the prospective client agree there is a suitable opportunity to work together, the next step is a paid Workflow Assessment. It allows ClearPath to understand how the business operates, review the relevant Microsoft 365 systems with guided access, and define the appropriate Buildout.
Do we have to give ClearPath full control of our Microsoft 365 environment? 03
No. The assessment uses guided access with your team involved, so ClearPath can review the relevant systems without taking unnecessary control.
Can ClearPath build a new system from scratch? 04
Yes. That is exactly what Buildouts are for. ClearPath can create or renovate SharePoint environments, structure document libraries, automate workflows, and build internal AI tools as part of the implementation.
Does ClearPath replace an internal IT department? 05
No. ClearPath complements IT by focusing on operational structure, workflow design, collaboration habits, task visibility, and internal usability inside Microsoft 365.
